Austin’s annual Texas Independence Day parade is back again for another great year at the Congress Avenue Bridge. Arrive at 8:30am to snag your spot in time for the start of the parade at 9:30am for the March 3rd celebration.
Washington – Washington on the Brazos State Park
March 1 – 3, you can experience living history, live music, traditional crafts and firing demonstrations at the state park—all with zero admission and parking fees in honor of Texas’ birthday celebration.
Granbury — Texas Independence Day Celebration of North Texas
Granbury’s celebration starts March 1st, with exhibitors and a parade in its Historic Downtown Square followed by live music and events happening daily through the weekend.

For a musical take on this year’s Texas Independence Day, head to Luckenbach on March 3rd and witness an Official Texas Flag retirement ceremony, followed by live music by Doug Moreland and K.R. Woods.
